Rates
Prices depend on the size and complexity of the work, but you can generally estimate them within the following ranges per format:

Work Process & Payment Information
After filling out the contact form (non-binding quotation), we will clearly discuss what you want in terms of the drawing—what materials (pencil or ink), whether color (watercolor, acrylic paint), which colors, style, etc.
The quotation you receive will clearly describe everything we have discussed, including the price (excluding and including VAT), shipping costs, as well as the payment terms described below. You must sign this quote, preceded by the words “read and approved,” and email it back to contact@artyvesfact.com.
Work Process & Payment Information
The deposit, which is 30% of the total amount (non-refundable) to guarantee the reservation of the work. This is paid after the quotation is confirmed.
- The remaining amount plus shipping costs, payable within one week after the work is completed.
- One week after payment of the deposit, you will receive a pencil sketch by email, which you can have revised up to three times. From the fourth revision onward, an additional charge of €35 per extra revision will be applied.
- Important: once the drawing is completed, no further changes can be made, as the entire piece would have to be redone. If you still want changes at that stage, an additional 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- After approving the pencil sketch, we proceed with the final work in ink and any coloring (this can be discussed together).
- Once the piece is completely finished, you will receive an image by email, after which you can pay the remaining amount. The drawing will be shipped to you upon receipt of this final payment.
All information about your order will be sent to you via email in a quotation, which must be approved, signed, and returned.

Estimated Production and Delivery Times
“I strive to complete your artwork within an agreed-upon timeframe, typically ranging from two to four weeks after final approval of the sketch. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances—such as high demand, material delays, or peak holiday seasons—may occasionally cause longer production times. If any delays arise, I will keep you informed throughout the process.”
Packaging and Shipping
“Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials (e.g., sturdy cardboard, bubble wrap) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made via a reputable courier service with tracking. Should you wish to insure the package or use a different shipping method, please mention this when placing your order. Shipping costs will be communicated in the quotation and added to the final invoice.”
Pricing and VAT
“All prices listed are exclusive of 6% VAT. If you are ordering from within the European Union, VAT will be applied to your purchase. For orders outside the EU, VAT may not apply, but you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes specific to your country. Please check your local regulations or contact me for further information.”
Copyright and Reproduction Rights
“All commissioned artworks remain subject to my intellectual property rights. By purchasing the artwork, you acquire the physical piece for personal use. This does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes. If you wish to obtain reproduction rights, please discuss this with me so we can agree on appropriate licensing terms.”
Communication and Revisions
“I will keep you updated via email during the creative process. After receiving your initial deposit, I will send you a pencil sketch, which you may revise up to three times at no extra cost. Further revisions incur an additional fee of €35 each. Please note that once the final artwork is complete, changes can no longer be made without incurring additional costs (50% of the total price). Open and clear communication ensures a smooth collaboration, so feel free to reach out with any questions or preferences at any point.”
Cancellation Policy
“If you wish to cancel your commission after paying the non-refundable deposit (30% of the total amount), that deposit serves as compensation for time and materials already invested. Should you cancel during or after the sketch process, no additional costs will be charged unless you request to keep any designs, sketches, or partially completed works for future use. In such cases, additional fees may apply. Please get in touch as soon as possible if any changes to your project arise.”
Certificates of Authenticity (Optional)
“Upon request, I can provide a signed Certificate of Authenticity that includes details such as the title of the artwork, the date of completion, and my signature. If you would like to receive a certificate, please mention this before the artwork is finalized.”
