Ink and golden acrylic on A2 beige paper. Lilith Ascendant depicts the primordial figure of rebellion and desire, the first woman cast out and reimagined as both serpent and priestess. Surrounded by symbols of wisdom, temptation, and death, she holds the fruit aloft beneath the ram’s skull and golden halo — a declaration of defiance against divine order. This work confronts the ancient archetype of Lilith not as demon, but as sovereign, embodying power, independence, and the eternal struggle between sacred law and human will.
